Booking an appointment with Tune Up: The Manly Salon is easy. You can:

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for check-in and to enjoy a beverage before your service.
Memberships are billed monthly on your original signup date unless otherwise noted. Some locations offer quarterly and annual membership types. Note that if your normal billing date falls on the 31st, your payment date may shift to the 30th in months that do not have 31 days.
Prices vary by location! Please call us directly, or view the listed pricing on the location’s unique booking link.
All retail product purchases are final sale for sanitation purposes. We do not offer returns or exchanges on retail items once purchased. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact your local Tune Up The Manly Salon location and we’ll be happy to review the issue.
Please contact us if you expect to be more than 5 minutes late for your appointment. If we are unable to reach you and your arrival time impacts the schedule, we may need to reschedule your appointment. Cancellation, no-show, and late arrival policies may vary by location. Please check with your local Tune Up The Manly Salon store for specific details, including any applicable fees.
Feel free to try any of our barbers or stylists. All team members follow the same training standards and can provide the quality service you expect. If you’d prefer to see a specific stylist, just let the front desk know and they’ll be happy to share your favorite stylist’s next available appointment.
Please contact us immediately. You can call or text your local Tune Up The Manly Salon location, and we’ll be happy to make it right. We offer a complimentary service adjustment within 5 days of your original appointment.
Kid’s cuts are available for children 12 and under. For safety and state board compliance, children must be able to sit independently in the barber chair and remain fully draped during the service. If a child becomes overly distressed or unable to safely continue, we may need to pause or discontinue the service for the safety of the child, stylist, and others in the salon.
Yes, parents are welcome nearby. In fact, we encourage it! Don’t forget to grab a complimentary beverage while he gets his services!
Select locations offer a father & son membership, or a family membership! Locations may also offer specials during holiday and occasions like back to school or Father’s Day. Call your local Tune Up the Manly Salon for more information.
Shoulder massages are not permitted for minors due to state board regulations. All other age-appropriate services offered by Tune Up The Manly Salon are available.
Tune Up the Manly Salon reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service, including complimentary beverages, to anyone whose behavior is disruptive, threatening, inappropriate, unsafe, or prevents our team from providing a quality experience for guests and staff. Service may also be declined when health, safety, sanitation, or state board laws and regulations prevent us from performing the requested service. We are committed to maintaining a respectful, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone.
Complimentary alcoholic beverages are offered in accordance with applicable state and local laws. A valid, non-expired, state-issued photo ID is required on every visit to receive alcohol service. Alcohol regulations may vary by state, county, city, and individual location. Availability and service policies may differ by store. We gladly accept walk-ins at Tune Up The Manly Salon! Please note that wait times may be longer during peak hours, including weekends, afternoons, and holidays. While you wait, you’re always welcome to enjoy our complimentary bar (where permitted by law). If you need services at a specific time or are in a hurry, we recommend booking an appointment in advance to avoid potential wait times.
Absolutely. You may request any available barber or stylist when booking over the phone, online, or in-person.
Yes! All services can be booked together, and typically can be completed by the same stylist depending on availability.
If the specific time or stylist you want is not currently available, you can join the waitlist for that appointment slot.
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee the time requested. However, if an opening becomes available due to a cancellation, you may receive a text message offering you that appointment time.
You’ll have 1 hour to respond before the offer may move to the next guest on the waitlist, if applicable.

Most locations accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and gift cards. We even accept Tap to Pay!
Yes! Gratuity can be added during checkout. Most guests will see tip options directly on the payment terminal. For VIP members, services may ring up as a $0 balance depending on membership benefits. In those cases, the payment terminal cannot automatically display tip options, so our front desk team may ask whether you’d like to add gratuity for your stylist manually. Tipping is always appreciated but never required!
Tune Up: The Manly Salon gift cards can be used at any location, including online where available.
Gift cards never expire and may be used toward:
- Services
- Retail products

We offer both physical and digital gift cards, making them a great option for any occasion.
Yes! Tune Up: The Manly Salon may be able to look up your gift card using:
- The phone number of the original purchaser
- The phone number of the person who received the gift card

Bonus gift cards issued during promotions are typically digital gift cards. They are automatically applied to the account of the person who purchased the qualifying gift card, making them available for future use without needing a physical card. Once your submission is received, a member of our team will contact you directly to provide more information and answer any questions you may have.

Applications are typically submitted the same day, and you can generally expect someone to reach out within 1–3 business days after applying.
To cancel your membership, please email the location where your membership was purchased at least 72 hours before your next billing date. If notice is received less than 72 hours before billing, the upcoming charge may still process, and refunds are not guaranteed. Any unused service credits and accumulated benefits expire upon cancellation.
Yes! Most memberships may be eligible for a temporary freeze. Services will not be available during the frozen period, but will allow you keep your membership rate! Please contact your home location for details.
Membership benefits are valid only at the location where the membership was originally purchased.
Yes, memberships options can be adjusted! You can call or go in-person to change your membership type. This change will be effective on the next billing cycle.
